Hey, I’m Heather! I know firsthand how fitness can be a lifeline through life’s hardest seasons. After losing my husband unexpectedly at 24, I turned to strength training—not just to rebuild my body, but to rebuild me. Since then, I’ve navigated postpartum, busy mom life, and the challenge of rediscovering myself while raising my son.

Now, as a coach, I help other women take control of their strength—physically and mentally—through efficient, no-BS workouts and sustainable habits. Whether you're a busy mom, feeling lost in your journey, or just need a plan that actually fits your life, I’m here to help.
